Welcome to the Bridge Kids page of the website.

Bridge Kids is the Kids Ministry of the Bridge. We have groups for children from Babies to Grade 5 on a Sunday morning during the 9am and 11am services.

9am:

• Kids (grades 1-5) meet at the Barn on Fore Rd, registration takes place there from 8:40am
• JR Kids (age 4 and Kindergarten) meet in the portable at the Barn on Fore Rd, and can register there from 8:40am
• Tots (age 2-3) meet in the downstairs room of the annex at Matsqui Hall, register there from 8:45am
• Babes (babies & up to age 2) meet in the upstairs room of the annex at Matsqui Hall, register at any point of the morning, before, during or after worship.

The move from Babes to Tots and Tots to JR Kids is flexible and different children move at different times to the next group up as we feel they are ready. Please talk to us if you would prefer you child move or stay where they are as they approach these transition ages.

11am:

This is a smaller group of children and they meet in the downstairs room of the annex at Matsqui Hall. This group can be any age of child from babes up to Grade 5s. The children split into preschool and school age for the teaching and small group time.

What are we learning?

Everyone at the Bridge from age 2 to adult is studying the same passage of Scripture on any given Sunday. The bible passage being read and preached in the adult church will be the same passage being read and talked about in the children’s groups. This should make it easier to talk about what you’ve been learning as you eat lunch together as a family. To help you there is a list of passages and the memory verses we are going to learn in Bridge Kids on the second page of Part Two of the March newsletter.
