THIS SUNDAY
We are in person - kids will meet in the foyer area outside where the grown ups meet at the coffee break. If the weather is good enough they will go outside to play after a snack and story time.
Sarah, Eden & Shaeya are with the kids this weekend.
LAST TIME
We continued with the story path of loving our enemies. We talked about the prophecy that Isaiah got from God about people turning weapons into useful tools for farming and the children planted seeds. How are they doing? Did they make it home? Are they growing?
OUR PEACE PATH
The next story on this peace path is Love Your Enemies and is a story about Jesus talking to a large crowd and telling them his way to live. It is based on Luke 6:20-36 if you want to read it ahead.
If you do read it you might like to think about this: I wonder how people become enemies… what do you think about that?
A WAY TO PRAY - YOUR NAME
Write your name down so you can see all the letters.
Prayer for someone you love or something that begins with each of the letters in your name.
Now write the name of someone who is not your friend. Do the same with the letters of their name, and pray for them.
